RULES & REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
The students seeking admission to the college shall produce:- Aadhar Number D.M.C. or certificate (attested photostat) of the previous examination passed. Four passport size photographs. Late college students need not produce these documents but they shall deposit four photographs ,Students from other Boards and Universities shall have to submit both. (i) Migration Certificate from Board/University other than PSEB/GNDU (ii) Original D.M.0 of the previous examination passed from Board/University other than P.S.E.B/G.N.D.0 (iii) Eligibility certificate from G.N.D.U. (iv) Casual students cannot take up practical subjects. NOTE:- Students Placed under Compartment in 10+2 are not eligible to join any higher class. But if they clear the compartment subject in the first supplementary chance &their result is declared upto the last date of admission, they can appear in the next higher class of any course.
CHANGE OF SUB ECT / SUB ECTS
A student with the concurrence of the Profs. concerned, may change her subject/ subjects within a fortnight of the commencement of the class or within a month, if it is being done under extra-ordinary circumstances with the special permission of the Principal.
MODE OF PAYMENT
(a) BCA,PGDCA , B.A.B.Sc. (Economics), B.Com , Diploma Courses :M.Sc & M.Com Students will pay college dues in 3 instaiments;first, at the time of admission and the remaining two on the dates notified by the college office.(b) + I ,+2 shall payApril fee at the time ofAdmission & Monthly fee before 10th NOTE :The dates for payment of Board/University dues shall be notified by the college office.The students shall pay college dues on the allotted days failing which a fine of Rs. 5/- per day shall be imposed on them. In case of undue delay the defaulters' names will be struck off.The names shall be restored on the payment of Rs. 500/-
FEE CONCESSIONS & MERIT STIPENDS
The college grants liberal fee concessions purely on merit cum poverty basis to rural students. To encourage talented students,we awardAnnual Merit Stipends at the following rates :(a) + I students who join after Matric Marks Amount Marks Amount

(c) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com (Prof.), B.B.A. Part II & III who join after B.A./B.Sc./B.conn (Prof.) & B.B.A. Part I
85%+ Rs.4000/- 90% Rs.5000/- +2 students who join after 10+1 85%+ Rs.4000/- 90% Rs.5000/-
70% - 80% Rs.3000/- 85%+ Rs.5000/- (e) Students who join B.C.A.-II/III after passing B.C.A. I/II:-
75%+ Rs.3000/- 80% Rs.4000/- 85%+ Rs. 5000/-
Note ( I ) :-Exactness shall be observed in calculating percentage of marks. Note (2):- Merit stipends are liable to be withdrawn if :-(a) A student attends less than 65% lectures in any subject. (b) She does not obtain 50% marks in house examinations .
